The Eat for Endurance Podcast features Claire Shorenstein and her nutrition tips for longevity in life and in sport. Through a combination of solo episodes on various nutrition topics, interviews with fellow dietitians, and athlete nutrition profiles, Claire hopes to demonstrate that there are many different pathways towards optimal health and sports performance, and that balanced, healthy eating is so much more than achieving a certain ratio of carbs, fats and proteins.
